Gmail has over 1 Billion monthly active users. One fourth of the total mail service are sent through Gmail and it is getting bigger and bigger with every passing day. Every minute, for every thousand of mails sent to users, one must be wrongly delivered. The sender may have clicked send button unintentionally. And once the wrong message is out it can’t be rolled back in most cases. But you can tweak some settings to get this done. YES!!. You can roll back sent emails very easily.   • Open your Gmail with your appropriate Gmail account.
  • Find the icon with a gear sign i.e. the setting icon at the upper right corner. Click it and go to Settings.
  • Under the General tab, find Undo Send. Check Enable Undo Send and Select the time frame. Within that time frame, you can undo the send.
  • Scroll down and click on Save Changes.

Done! You can undo wrongly sent emails instantly. It can be a handy option to have in some point of time. Do it now or you will regret it later.

PS: If only the receiver hasn’t checked the mail immediately, it won’t cause any problem.
